Direct Sales

Our sales professionals are supported by strong management and back office. Our back office employees are dedicated to ensuring fast, efficient order processing and delivery to guarantee customer satisfaction. We ensure strong market reach through effective territory management and wide geographical coverage.
Telesales
Through our telesales operations we reach individuals and corporations, inbound and outbound. With the objective of ensuring a complete sales cycle, a strong back office operation assists the telesales executives in order processing, and an in-house runner operation supports the telesales operation in document collection and order delivery. We maximize our sales volume through our telesales cross-sell engine which suggests related products a customer might be interested in based on their past purchases.
Retail Sales
Recently we have begun to reach individuals through retail sales. Our representatives are located in the finest and most frequented establishments in Egypt in order to receive our customers, present products face-to-face, follow up, and facilitate order delivery. With retail sales, we make it easier for our customers to purchase related products, such as cars and car loans, from one point of sale. Through retail sales, we increase both our volumes and our clients’ profits.
Event Management
We utilize our resources to manage the launches of different products through integrated sales planning, special promotions, advertising, and product fairs. We also manage product re-launches and special promotions. Our representatives receive customers and ensure closure of the sales cycle by following up and delivering orders. In addition, we perform after-event services, increasing sales volumes by generating and working on event leads.
Sales Support
We support our sales force with a strong back office and sales support facilities:
- Account coordinators: responsible for follow up, processing and delivery of orders
- Checkpoint and data entry: responsible for data validation and entry into accurate, tailor-made software programs
- MIS officers: manage and analyze data; they also issue sales reports to give each client the necessary information for decision making and sales planning
