Sales Program for Graduates

If you have recently graduated and are not sure about pursuing a sales career, Deraya Insurance Sales Program for Graduates is designed to help a hands-on experience, working for four months in sales, will enable you to explore your sales potential and choose a career. Working as a part of our sales team will provide you with on-the-job training as well as effective sales skills training. Our experienced managers will guide and support you every step of the way. You will get to know us; we will get to know you. Based on a review of your performance during the program, you may be offered a permanent sales advisor position.

Who can apply?

• 2018 or 2019 graduates.
• Applicants who have just finished their military service or are waiting to be called up.
• Extroverted, approachable, and communicative individuals.

• Application  process  and interviews.
• Product knowledge and selling skills training.
• On-the-job training and assessment.
• Job offer of a permanent position.
