Title: Brokers’ Advisor

Job Summary

The primary role of the Brokers’ Advisor is to identify and sign up qualified brokers. This involves meeting and prospecting for new brokers and introducing them to our company. Our exclusive Brokers’ Program of experts comprises a network of insurance specialists capable of referring interested potential customers to our company.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Developing the Brokers’ Program and setting the overall program objectives and strategy
  • Recruiting new brokers and explaining the program’s details and the products’ outline
  • Directly managing the relationship with the assigned broker
  • Handling and ensuring a resolution to any complaints and queries from a broker
  • Telephoning prospective brokers and setting appointments for interviews
  • Presenting products using over-the-phone selling techniques
  • Achieving monthly sign-up targets
  • Ensuring the delivery of all necessary documents
  • Effective time management of reporting and office work activities
  • Filling in daily reports and submitting them to the line manager as required
  • Operating with the highest standards of personal integrity at all times

Requirements /Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-2 years’ experience in the insurance industry
  • Proficiency in spoken Arabic and excellent English
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work seamlessly in a team-based environment.
